Started

I'm ready to start. What's the first step?

To get started, we’ll need you to provide us with an audio or video file. Once that’s done, it will be transcribed into text form and sent over for billing purposes! We work quickly, but our turnaround time may depend on the complexity of your request- usually, one business day max from start to finish though most projects are completed within 24 hours (or less!).

We offer discovery calls to get more information about what kind of project we can help shape before deciding which service best fits your needs.

What are your transcription rates?

We offer various dynamic billing options for transcriptions with prices ranging from $2.49 –  $3.49 per minute, depending on how many speakers there are and whether or not quality assurance will be provided—volume discounts may apply! 

Monthly retainers will give you peace of mind knowing that your account is always covered. Certified legal transcription starts at 30 dollars per hour and  $300-$350 per audio hour.

We offer a variety of volume discounts for extended contracts, such as those required by medical practices or professional conferences.

Outsourcing overseas is not an option because it would be a breach of the trust and privacy of our clients; we will never compromise on that level of protection!

All staff go through extensive confidentiality training and pre-hire background checks and sign an NDA before they begin work with us. Lastly, we rigorously test these protocols via regular internal audits. We look at everything from firewalls to access control lists; plus, the annual external 3rd party audit always ensures your information remains safe!

Would you agree to sign a confidentiality agreement?

If you’d like a copy of our privacy policy, we send it to you, along with a confidentiality agreement that you or your organization must sign before we proceed with the order.
